The profound impact of Agentic AIs in businesses is making all kind of organizations to focus on creating and launching AI agents. But how is it to do that at scale? 5? 500? 5000? In this talk we will present the common challenges that we are facing to build, deploy and run Agentic AI platforms at scale and how we are working to solve them. From the strong foundations of what we have learned while engineering software-intensive platforms for the past 10 years, to the newest, cutting edge aspects that "I wish I had known six months ago".
