Jorge Hidalgo is the Global Java Professional Community Co-Lead in Accenture, DevOps lead for Accenture Iberia and Architecture, Cloud and DevOps lead for Accenture Advanced Technology Center in Spain. Besides Professional Community and Capability work, Jorge dedicates a portion of his time in various architectural and management roles, helps projects through services as the Accenture Discovery and Diagnostic Service and Accenture Architecture Excellence, participates in proposals/orals and supports projects in their adoption of cutting edge technologies and architectures. OpenSouthRetro es una pequeña exposición sobre la fusión entre la retroinformática y el código abierto. Rendiremos homenaje a las plataformas y juegos de 8, 16 y 32 bits con los que crecimos utilizando para ello sistemas basados en Linux que se utilizan en infinidad de dispositivos de docenas de fabricantes para traernos de vuelta todos esos clásicos. También tendremos juegos liberados como Doom o Quake, juegos re-implementados en abierto como los de OpenBOR y OpenLara, Pico-8, y hasta juegos de código abierto para Game Boy! OpenSouthRetro también incluye una pequeña exposición de algunos de estos sistemas clave en el desarrollo de la microinformática aportados desinteresadamente por voluntarios de la organización.
